Your role
- Review plans, specifications and tender documents
- Prepare cost estimates and proposals
- Assess material, labour and resource requirements
- Plan resources and project schedules
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers and field teams
- Monitor project costs and progress
- Manage changes and extras throughout the project
- Anticipate challenges and propose practical solutions
- Contribute to project profitability and successful delivery
Your profile
- Relevant experience in industrial electrical work
- Strong ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Experience in electrical estimating or project management
- Strong organizational skills
- Autonomous and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Leadership and team-oriented mindset
- Practical judgment and solution-focused approach
- Good command of both French and English, spoken and written
